Where We Are
Where We Are
Abbey Court is a Senior Community offering a Premier In-Home Care Service for wellness and regenerative living.
Regenerative living is about ensuring a rich life of renewal and personal challenges that keep us young whatever our age. It draws attention to all the elements that keep us alive and inspired. We care about the relationships that staff build with residents and their families, in ways that help facilitate the continued growth of each individual that ensures everyone’s wellbeing and happiness. Our social process - our culture - within the home itself and out in the wider community aims always to be adaptive and joyous.
Regenerative living is also about caring, patience and kindness. As we get older we all experience the onset of new pains of all kinds, physical, emotional and spiritual. All at Abbey Court are motivated to help all residents within our community in times of need. All residents are treated sensitively with warmth and genuine care. In most cases through patience and wisdom: kindness and resolve, we not only intend alleviating any pains, we work with compassion to prevent them.
The wellbeing of our residents is of critical importance to staff and management. This goes far beyond simply not being ill. Wellbeing encompasses many layers and dimensions extending beyond the traditional definition of health and includes the social relationships. We ensure our residents have choices, real choices and activities, strategic activities aimed at achieving physical vitality, mental alacrity, social satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment and personal fulfilment.
