Brian Murray - General Manager

Brian has been involved in the Care industry for over 26 years, working in a variety of client groups including Dementia and Korsakoffs. He has over 16 years senior management of Care Homes including working as a private consultant for a number of clients who have had [to help them restore quality standards following] a detrimental Care Inspectorate Report. Brain retains a SVQ Level 4 Qualification in Health & Social Care, NVQ 4/5 in Management & Leadership and is a registered facilitator of Best practice in Dementia Care from Stirling University.

Joan Campbell - Care Manager

Having worked in the Care industry since 1998, initially as a Social Care Worker, Joan made an early career change into a private Care Home, working her way to Care Manager. She has an unparalleled relationship with local GP’s, District Nurses and Social Workers, ensuring residents needs are dealt with urgently. After twenty years working at the highest levels within the management team, she was instrumental in bringing nominated as a finalist “Carer of the Year” at the Social Work Awards 2012. Joan retains a SVQ Level 4 Qualification in Health & Social Care,

Sharon Duffy - Business Manager

Sharon has been working at the highest levels of business for more than 25 years, having played a significant business role in companies in the UK, Europe, United States and Caribbean. She brings that wide business experience to ensure the Community remains at the forefront of the Care Industry, ensuring we remain compliant with all legislation as well as ensuring our expansion plans are brought to a successful and stressless completion.

There are over 10 Senior Carers within the Community, who are responsible for carrying out all personal procedures and ensuring an excellent standard of care is received by all residents on a day to day basis. Each Senior Carer is the Lead KeyWorker for a particular group of residents. All Senior Staff have a minimum of SVQ Level 3.

Care Team

There are over 10 Senior Carers within the Community, who are responsible for carrying out all personal procedures and ensuring an excellent standard of care is received by all residents on a day to day basis. Each Senior Carer is the Lead KeyWorker for a particular group of residents. All Senior Staff have a minimum of SVQ Level 3.

Laundry Team

We have 2 dedicated laundry assistants to ensure all residents laundry needs are met at all times. Our laundry team ensure that all soft furnishings and fabrics are laundered at regular times keeping the overall environment is fresh and clean.

Domestic Utility Team

Our dedicated Domestic assistants utilise the most advanced equipment ensuring that the environment is clean, tidy and fresh at all times. They utilise the most advanced single use micro fibre cleaning system with the emphasis on prevention of potential infection.

Kitchen Team

Our dedicated chef and catering staff are highly qualified and skilled, ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious choices at every meal, from the option of a cooked breakfast each morning through to a three-course main meal every day. It is important that eating well and keeping fluids topped up to stay healthy and happy. The experience of dining also plays a key part in helping our residents to maintain a good quality of life
